We are seeking a driven professional as the General Manager to lead their business and team is Spain. The GM is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire P&L with 8 direct reports. This role, reporting to the Global GM, has direct responsibility for the Sales, Marketing, Finance, I+D, Logistics team. The objective of the role is to ensure service level excellence, inventory optimization, production alignment, and cost-efficient logistics operations while supporting the company's growth and operational strategy. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Spanish affiliate. Implement and manage robust processes in collaboration with International. Drive the expansion focused on OTC channel. Monitor forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning reliability. Translate commercial forecasts into actionable plans. Implement best practices in business development. Negotiate and manage relationships with top clients. Identify automation and digitalization opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in business or a related. At least 5 years of experience in the OTC / Retail / Cosmetics industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as BU lead, strong business mentality, and people leadership approach.
