Hospitality Process Owner Commercial Manager
Job Description Summary
The Hospitality Process Owner (HPO) Commercial Manager is responsible for being the voice for the Commercial Sales Team in documenting process change and system enhancements after review of scope of idea with teams and role modeling the change within the Sales Organization. Collaborates closely with all teams to understand business needs, writes business requirements and reviews those with Corporate HPO teams for Governance review process, contributing to solution ideas and supporting the execution of the projects they are involved in. The HPO Commercial Manager is also responsible for supporting the CSM organization in the execution of Operations related projects.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is generally preferred.
* Salesforce Admin certification not mandatory but is a plus.
Relevant work experience
* Experience in Amadeus Hospitality Solutions (nice to have).
* 5+ years hands-on experience in Sales processes.
* Good understanding and familiarity with Salesforce (nice to have).
* Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, cross-functional collaborations and working with teams in other areas of the organization.
* The ideal candidate has good understanding of the commercial organization, structure and roles in Hospitality. They also have a good understanding of the hospitality industry, challenges and goals that the Commercial teams have to reach to best support them through their role.
Skills
* Salesforce, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office
* English and Spanish. Additional language is a plus.
* Relationship builder and strong Communicator: able to manage challenging conversations, handle multiple personas and projects at once and focused on building strong relationships across multiple departments.
