About the Role ComfNet Solutions GmbH, on behalf of Hitachi Group, is seeking skilled Cybersecurity Test Engineers to work on next-generation automotive cockpit systems running on advanced Android and QNX-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, automate, and execute cybersecurity test cases across CAN, Ethernet, and other interfaces.
Conduct fuzzing, DoS, and brute force testing under high bus and CPU load conditions.
Validate secure boot mechanisms, debug port protection, and network isolation (VLAN, USB filters).
Perform key management, encryption, and security event logging tests.
Ensure compliance with ISO 21434 and modern cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in embedded systems or automotive cybersecurity testing.
Hands‑on with CANoe, Wireshark, TCP/IP, TLS, and Python scripting.
Familiar with HSM concepts and Linux‑based test environments.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
