We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Category Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end product launch strategy across marketplaces, focusing on Amazon and the EU and US regions. This role involves defining metrics, building reporting infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams. It’s ideal for someone passionate about marketplace dynamics, customer behavior, and business growth in a data-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Lead and own the end-to-end product launch strategy for categories on Amazon Seller Central in Europe and the US.
Develop and scale category management practices, including reporting, analytics, and KPIs.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Translate market insights into actionable product priorities and operational strategies.
Present business insights and develop strategic plans and forecasts.
Optimize category performance through data-driven decisions.
Your Qualifications
5–7+ years in category management, product strategy, or marketplace operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central in multiple markets, especially EU and US.
Proven ability to build category management processes from scratch.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English;
German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
