The Sales Operations Administrator is part of the Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory (RECA) sales team in SE Advisory Services. The role is a critical enabler of commercial activity, focusing on sales systems, data quality, process coordination and administrative support. It ensures that sales teams can operate efficiently and with accurate, timely information. This is not a sales role but supports the Business Development team in identifying industrial and commercial clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with global RECA Business Development and Sales teams to support pipeline growth, focusing on prospect identification and lead generation aligned to Schneider Electric’s Renewable Energy & Carbon Advisory services.
Identify and develop new companies and prospects by mining internal and external data sources (CRM, events, webinars, market intelligence) and leveraging outreach and data enrichment tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
Maintain inbound and outbound lead workflows, including lead allocation, qualification and routing, ensuring efficiency, data quality and continuous improvement within defined constraints.
Coordinate targeted outreach to priority accounts, maintaining clean, accurate and actionable CRM data to support conversion and reporting.
Leverage events as a pipeline generation channel by researching relevant industry events, supporting outreach, logistics, meeting scheduling, analysing attendee lists and feeding qualified leads into the CRM.
Coordinate internally on event participation and follow‑up for hosted, strategic partner and third‑party events to ensure consistent outreach and measurable pipeline impact.
Support CRM and sales technology operations (Salesforce), including contact, account, activity and campaign management, data cleansing, reconciliation and reporting.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Events, Salesforce Administrators and IT to ensure leads are captured, qualified, tracked and reported transparently and at scale.
Contribute to process optimisation and system improvements, working with Sales Operations and IT on integrations, automation and tooling enhancements to support growth targets.
Skills & Competencies
Experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in executive/CRM administration or event coordination, and a desire to grow in a high‑impact business.
Understanding of the sales process for professional services to industrial and/or commercial clients and knowledge of macro corporate sustainability and renewable energy trends.
Demonstrated experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce), Excel, LinkedIn and other outreach software and tools.
Comfortable manipulating large data sets, interested in automation, interoperability and agentic AI solutions.
Self‑starter, collaborator and problem‑solver looking for ways to improve lead generation and sales processes.
Relationship builder and effective communicator; able to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritise varying workstreams.
Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are an asset.
Computer literate in a Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook).
