We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join a leading project in the automotive sector. If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp-up and change management, and are fluent in German and English, this could be your next challenge!
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
* Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution.
* Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.
* Manage production planning and ramp-up phases, ensuring successful industrialization.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
* +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
* Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.
* Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools.
* Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
Languages:
* German – C1 (mandatory)
* English – C1
