Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) in Tarragona
Responsibilities
*
* Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
* On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical seals
* Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plant
* Conducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
* Maintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systems
* Monitoring of critical equipment ("bad actors") and development of corrective actions
* Preparation of structured inspection and condition reports
Qualifications
*
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
* Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
* Experience in industrial environments or maintenance xhfqzwm operations is an advantage
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Capacity to work effectively in English will be highly valued
