Your future role Could you be the full-time Subsystem Manager in Barcelona we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll coordinate sub-system activities with other project stakeholders including integration teams other sub-systems and project level functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering) and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of being responsible for management and successful completion of cross-functional activities leading to the delivery of a project sub-system, fulfilling both customer needs and committed QCDP objectives, but also managing cross-functionally sub-system level stakeholders, activities and deliverables and making needed arbitration (engineering, product x process, Make or Buy, Costs, Milestones, Interfaces, ...) to reach QCDP commitment.

Mechanical Engineer. Master degree or bachelor degree.
Desirable: IPMA level D (or equivalent).
2 years experience as manager of an operational scope.
Experience of working in and with multi-national companies and in different business cultures
Desirable: Knowledgeable of ALSTOM way of working for efficient process execution.
Desirable: Global knowledge on the sub-system.
