Requirements
- Proven experience as BDM / Sales Manager / Partner Development Manager in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or consulting, ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure / Power Platform ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value articulation, building business cases (TCO/ROI), and closing
- Ability to generate leads independently through LinkedIn, outbound, industry communities, events, partner networks, and personal connections
- Solid understanding of ERP/Finance/SCM, digital transformation, and operational processes in mid-market and enterprise companies
- Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel, maintain high-velocity communication, and coordinate with presales and delivery teams
- Experience working with Enterprise or Upper Mid-Market clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex value to different audiences - CFO, COO, IT Directors, and business owners
- Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have
- A strong professional network in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, tech services, or finance
- Participation in Microsoft communities (D365, Azure, Power Platform); experience working with Microsoft PDMs, ISVs, and partner programs is a significant plus
- Microsoft MVP status or strong public presence (conferences, speaking engagements, YouTube, blogs, podcasts)
- Experience launching outbound strategies or market expansion in UK / EU / MENA / US regions
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a market development strategy: segmentation, ICP definition, market mapping, and competitor analysis
- Independently drive outbound and network-based lead generation
- Conduct first-touch discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and define client needs
- Engage with Microsoft (Co-sell, PDM collaboration, Marketplace activities, incentives)
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to revenue targets
