Role: Principal Consultant- Workday Functional HCM
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: Spain (Remote)+ Occasional travel to Denmark
Responsibilities:
* Own functional design for assigned Workday modules.
* Translate business requirements into Workday configuration using best practices.
* Lead requirement workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
* Ensure solutions balance business needs with Workday standard functionality.
* Review and validate configuration completed by functional analysts or partners.
* Ensure configuration is scalable, auditable, and future-ready.
Required:
* Hands‑on Workday functional configuration experience.
* Workday Certification(Minimum 1 certification) – Core HCM, recruitment, time tracking, compensation.
* Proven experience as a Functional Lead on Workday implementations or large enhancements.
* Deep knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and data model.
* Strong experience with business process configuration and security concepts.
* Experience supporting Workday releases and tenant management activities.
Preferred:
Experience with global or multi‑country deployments.
Prior experience in AMS or post‑production support models. xsgfvud
