The role requires the individual to act as a coach within the Client Management team and as an ambassador for the team within the organisation and the main point of contact externally.**Main Purpose of the Role**Accountable for building and maintaining relationships with large revenue generating client portfolios, while coaching team members and driving a culture of high performance and quality across the team. The role also requires ability to navigate the organisation effectively at all levels while being an ambassador for the team internally and externally. Established and credible relationships with Clients with regular scheduled meetings in place; retain 100% of clients.Upsell and cross sell both in new and existing business.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage client actions and deliver resolutions to issues, through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting your client portfolios expectations and satisfaction- Proactively identify and maximise all existing and new revenue opportunities and associated EBITDA- Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally- Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings, identifying trends- Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures so as to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities- Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis- Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business- Coach and train Client Managers on our products, services and industry trends**What are we looking for?**You’ll be working with numerous stakeholders, and resolving conflicting interests, when necessary, while maintaining the integrity of our product, therefore a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships.**Other key Skills & Experience**- Results orientated/professional best practice approach- Highly Analytical- Highly numerate - design costing plans and models- Significant experience of Risk Management- Significant experience of Project Management- Significant Negotiation/ Influencing skills- Educated to degree level or equivalent- Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association (ICSA) qualified (desirable)- Certified Equity Professional CEP (1,2 or 3) (desirable)Travel will be required in this role.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious market leading company with an extensive general footprint, offering excellent progression routes, variety, and plenty of opportunities to upskill yourself.
