We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager (Retail) who thrives on the front lines of the FMCG market. brYou will play a key role in executing the strategy, with responsibilities covering the entire scope of account management:
br
brYou will effectively manage trade spend and ensure forecast accuracy to achieve overall sales and profit goals.
brBusiness Planning Strategy: Assist with the development and execution of business customer plans. Perform weekly/period forecasting and demand planning. You will assist in all areas of business planning, including internal/external communication, reporting, financial accounting, and administration.
brData Analysis Insights: Analyze data and trends to increase sales and profitability. You will collect competitive activity and circulate basic category data for internal and external use.
brCustomer Management: Conduct business reviews with customers to review the current state of the business and align on future opportunities and goals. Execution Field Coordination: Communicate and work with Field Sales to execute plans. You will activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions and perform periodic market visits to ensure compliance.
brPartner with Category Management Teams to gain insight and help develop business growth opportunities. You will utilize consumer and shopper insights to deliver leading category management programs.
brKPI Monitoring: Contribute to consistent operational growth through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as financial targets, space targets, and display targets.

brWe are looking for a commercial profile with solid experience in the sector.
brEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
brExperience: You bring 1-2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager. Analytical Warrior: You feel comfortable with data analysis, using logic to solve business issues and have incredible attention to detail.
brCommunication Skills: You are an excellent team player who knows how to align internal teams (Marketing, Trade, Finance) to serve the customer.
brLanguage Skills: Fluent in Spanish and a B2-C1 level of English.
