Monitors and controls project costs to stay within budget, implementing design to cost and resourcing activities when needed. /liliEnsures Compliance: Ensures compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures during supplier negotiations and contract awarding. /liliKeeps track of Performance Monitoring and Risk Assessment: Keeps track of the performance of suppliers and procurement activities, identifying potential risks in the supply chain, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success throughout the entire project lifetime. /liliCoordinates Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution: Coordinates activities with the project team to ensure that the procured goods meet the required quality standards. Addresses any supply problems that may impact business operations and resolves issues related to price, quality, delivery, or invoices. /liliSelects Supplier Identification and Selection: Selects suppliers in line with the Purchasing strategy or identifies new ones if not available, who can meet the project’s requirements in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time. /liliEnsures Contract Management: Ensures drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with suppliers (such as NDA, Nomination Letter, Letter of Intent, Development Agreement). /liliSupervises Production Readiness: Supervises suppliers’ industrialization phase and supports logistics to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and PPAP samples. /liliChooses Sustainable Supplier Selection: Chooses suppliers who adhere to sustainable practices, such as reducing carbon footprint (renewable energy, eco-friendly materials, etc.), and ensures fair labor practices. /li /ulpbr/ppbMAIN REQUIREMENTS: /b /pulliRelevant experience in Purchasing is required. /liliExperience with international suppliers is preferred. /liliExperience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
