🆕To support the acceleration of AI & Digital Transformation across the Mediterranean Region, Europ Assistance is looking for an AI Technology Product Specialist.
Reporting to the Regional AI Manager and working closely with Group AI teams and local business and IT stakeholders in Italy, Spain and Portugal, you will contribute to the design, development and rollout of AI-driven solutions.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically curious professional who wants to grow in applied AI, automation and GenAI within a complex, international environment.
📌 Key Responsabilities
AI Solution Development & Support
* Contribute to the development and configuration of AI solutions, including chatbots, copilots, automation workflows and data-driven use cases.
* Support prototyping and testing activities, helping transform business ideas into working proofs of concept.
* Assist in the industrialization and deployment of AI solutions on the Group AI Platform.
Collaboration with Business & IT
* Work with regional business teams to understand processes and operational needs.
* Support Group AI roles in requirements analysis, documentation and solution design.
* Collaborate with IT, Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are secure, compliant and production-ready.
AI Operations & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor solution performance and KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement and optimization.
* Support troubleshooting and minor enhancements after go-live.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and best practices across the Mediterranean Region.
Learning & Innovation
* Stay up to date on GenAI, LLMs and automation technologies.
* Participate in internal AI communities, pilots and experimentation initiatives.
* Gradually grow autonomy and responsibility on assigned use cases.

✔️Your professional toolkit:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
Experience:
* 1–3 years of experience in software development, data, automation or AI-related roles.
* Initial exposure to AI, machine learning or GenAI projects is a strong plus.
Technical skills:
* Working knowledge with LLMs and GenAI concepts (e.G. GPT-based solutions).
* Familiarity of Python and data libraries (e.G. Pandas, NumPy).
* Basic experience with cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
Low-code & tools:
* Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus.
* Interest in dashboards and KPI tracking (e.G. Power BI).
Languages:
* English & Spanish: professional working proficiency (B2 or higher).
* Italian is a plus.
