SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a Threat Monitoring Analyst (SOC), based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Monitor security events from SIEM and other security tools.
* Review alerts escalated by end users.
* Perform Level 1 triage of issues, assessing priority, risk, and routing data requests.
* Conduct limited incident response for low-complexity security incidents.
* Maintain ticket queues.
* Participate in incident resolution even after escalation.
EXPERIENCE
* At least 6 months in a similar role.
* Security Essentials.
* Computer Forensic Investigation.
* Deep knowledge of Windows.
* Security Incident Handling and Forensics.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* General network knowledge, TCP/IP troubleshooting.
* Ability to trace endpoints based on tickets.
* Familiarity with system logs.
* Understanding of web, mail, DNS, authentication services.
* Knowledge of desktop and server OS.
* TCP/IP, internet routing, UNIX/Linux & Windows NT.
* Host-based firewalls, anti-malware, HIDS.
* Hands-on experience with security technologies.
* English B2 level.
Additional Information: Spanish language required, 2 years experience, secondary education level.
