Graduate QA Test Engineer – 2-Year Graduate Programme
This role is part of Sage's 2‐year Graduate Programme and will help accelerate our product development in a dynamic and fast‐paced environment. We look for a tech‐savvy individual with a passion for quality, AI and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage your own project work items, creating accurate test plans and executing against them.
Carry out thorough and efficient testing to support team processes and testing standards.
Ensure all issues and risks are raised and managed to completion, keeping close collaboration with delivery teams.
Share knowledge across the team and contribute to continuous improvement of product, systems, and customer experience.
Support your personal development throughout the programme, learning new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
Graduated or in the final year of a recognized university degree (Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred).
Passion for technology and AI, with a desire to apply these skills to drive our products forward.
Detail‐oriented, able to produce well‐organised test phases and documentation.
Strong collaboration skills – able to work with colleagues across the globe.
Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast‐paced, continuously changing environment.
Willingness to relocate or commute to our Barcelona office, spending at least 2 days a week onsite.
