Role & Team - Facility Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
* Act as the primary point of contact to resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests.
* Maintain a high level of hospitality and customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest complaints quickly and efficiently.
* Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in perfect condition before each arrival.
* Manage bookings, payments, and cancellations on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc.).
* Control inventory of supplies and amenities in each property.
* Assist in implementing strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
* Review and respond to guest reviews to enhance online reputation.

Required Skills

* Experience in sales, customer service, and hotel accommodation management.
* Proactive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
* Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).

* Permanent contract with a competitive salary.

* It is required to work two weekends per month.
