YOUR MISSION AS REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
As Regional Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in Flabelus’ international growth. This role involves business development, account management, sales forecasting, and strategic reporting.
Your goal will be to achieve annual sales targets by acquiring new wholesale clients across assigned regions/countries while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships.
Additionally:
You’ll represent Flabelus at leading fashion trade shows and in high-impact client meetings to build visibility and generate new business.
You’ll identify opportunities, generate quality leads, and lead negotiations to close deals.
You’ll deliver performance reports and accurate sales forecasts to management.
You’ll ensure a premium experience for our wholesale partners, building long-term, values-aligned relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new wholesale accounts in key markets
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Execute sales strategies aligned with brand positioning
Lead prospecting and qualification of new leads
Negotiate and close deals, manage the full sales cycle
Oversee order tracking, deliveries, and replenishments
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Maintain CRM and sales records
Represent the brand at trade shows and client meetings
Collaborate with agents and distributors
Ensure consistent brand image across all wholesale activity
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven sales experience (fashion background preferred)
Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Strong analytical mindset and results-driven approach
Proactive, self-motivated, and organized
CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools
Passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and sustainability
