We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Marbella (Costa del Sol). Responsibilities Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals. Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers. Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values. Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings. Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities. Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology. Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions. Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Strong negotiation skills. Client-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player, with a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Office/Google Drive tools.
