He/she will be a key player in leading the Sourcing Team of our Manufacturing Plant in San Agustin de Guadalix and identifying sourcing strategies for Finished Products, APIs/Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply to our manufacturing site. /p pb What you#39;ll be rocking: /b /p ulli Lead and manage the Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and continuous performance improvement. /lili Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Finished Products, API/Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Materials, ensuring uninterrupted supply to manufacturing and contract sites. /lili Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key strategic suppliers and CDMO partners, monitoring performance against KPIs (Quality, Delivery, Cost). /lili Lead complex, annual commercial negotiations for all assigned spend categories, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs), to deliver measurable cost savings and value. /lili Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and supplier performance initiatives within the supply chain. /lili Oversee and monitor supplier performance, including production and delivery schedules, shipment timelines, and quality compliance. /lili Manage forecasting, ordering, inventory optimization, and write-offs, ensuring stock levels are aligned with business needs. /lili Act as the primary escalation point for critical operational supply issues (e.g., shortages, quality deviations, delayed deliveries) to ensure rapid resolution and minimal production disruption. /lili Oversee purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability, ensuring accurate ERP data and timely system updates. /lili Collaborate with customs and import/export processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely clearance of goods. /lili Support GMP/GDP audits and inspections, ensuring documentation and processes are compliant and audit-ready. /lili Provide leadership and coaching to the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. /li /ul pb What you bring to the table: /b /p ulli Minimum 10 years professional experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in the areas of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or other operational roles with at least b5 /b years in the Strategic Sourcing roles within a dynamic environment. /lili Strong understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements (GMP, regulatory) /lili Strong knowledge of GMP GDP regulations and their application to sourcing and procurement processes. /lili Demonstrated experience managing CDMO/CMO relationships and finished product sourcing is mandatory. /lili Proven track record in supplier negotiation and vendor management. /li /ul pb Educational milestone: /b /p ulli University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field. /lili Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Organization highly valued. /lili Additional training in Negotiations, International Commerce or Procurement will be highly appreciated. /lili ERP proficient, ideally in modules related to production, procurement, logistics, or customer service. /lili Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Word and Power Point. /lili Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken (C1 level minimum). /li /ul pb Your key superpowers: /b /p ulli Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. /lili Strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiative. /lili Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings through complex contract negotiations and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. /lili Proven ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards. /lili Team player with collaborative attitude. /lili Strong organizational and time management skills. /lili Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. /lili Ability to manage complex sourcing projects (e.g., second source qualification, tender processes) end-to-end. /lili Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency within Supply Chain operations. /lili Experience in CDMO management, vendor management inventory and continuous Replenishment Program. /li /ul p Next Steps: /p ulli First-round interviews will begin on January 12, 2026. /lili If your CV matches the position, you will be contacted by phone or email starting January 9th, 2026. /li /ul
