* Responsible for the management of the testing and validation area
* Planning of tests internally and externally
* Integrate testing in the development phase
* Reporting and management of the area
* Support in the validation of plans
Your Skills & Strengths
* Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or comparable
* 5+ years of experience in a similar function
* Experience in testing of components/systems in the automotive or E-bike industry, preferably mechatronics related
* Familiar with setting up a new test environment
* Familiar with mechanical and electronics testing and development lab work
* Team spirit
* High interest in the E-bike industry is desirable
* English Level C1
