Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced data operations leader to drive governance, quality, and continuous improvement of our global product master data ecosystem within Informatica. This role ensures strong business-IT alignment, data compliance, and system performance across operations and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimize the Informatica data model, rulebook, and quality processes.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
* Ensure compliance with GxP, ALCOA+, and data governance standards.
* Coordinate system changes, UAT, and issue resolution with IT and vendors.
* Drive cross-functional data governance training, documentation, and engagement.
* Support interface improvements and data availability for analytics and reporting.
* Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams globally.
Ideal Candidate
* 10+ years' MDM leadership experience in regulated or industrial environments.
* 5+ years in a senior management position.
* Deep expertise in Informatica, data modeling, ERP integration, and lifecycle management.
* Strong background in data quality, analytics, and compliance (GxP/ALCOA+).
* Excellent communication skills, vendor management, and business acumen.
* Proven ability to operate in matrixed, global organizations and drive change.
