What are we looking for?
We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Controlling and Reporting Specialist to join the Reporting team.
The challenge!
Responsible for the consolidation and production of the monthly closing Group reporting, including analysis of P&Ls, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Net Working Capital Ratios, and additional operating KPIs under BPC tool.
He/she will work closely with global and local teams, leveraging SAP BPC tool to drive efficiency and transparency in financial processes.
Supervise and analyze monthly financial reports for group consolidation, in alignment with corporate reporting calendars.
Coordinate the reporting and data consolidation for budget, forecast, and business plan processes for the Pharma Group.
Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights on sales performance, margins, and cost drivers to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Responsible for updating the consolidated presentation under high demand deadlines.
Become a key member within SAP BPC project by offering specialist advice in group reporting.
Analyze financial and accounting impacts to ensure reporting accuracy.
Understand dimensional structures of analytic environment (cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements) as well as data forms and business rules under BPC or similar reporting tools.
Analyze and improve current reporting procedures in terms of speed and quality, linking all current and new reports to our consolidation tool.
Improve reports and financial processes.
Support and lead the resolution of BPC-related issues during the monthly closing process to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Local and Global Finance and non-finance team members.
What do you need?
Highly analytical skills with a focus on understanding data-driven processes and business impacts.
Strong financial background, solid accounting and consolidation knowledge.
Familiarity with local and international accounting standards (e.G., IFRS).
Experience in maintaining consolidation and budgeting models in SAP BPC environment.
Experience with SAP R/3 & S/4 ERP and linking with ETL for reporting/consolidation tools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and controlling within a multinational environment.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
Languages:
Fluent Spanish and English.
Specific Knowledge:
Deep knowledge of SAP BPC;
Oracle Hyperion as an alternative.
Desirable:
SAP BW, SAP R/3, S/4, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint.
