All roles are fully remote. You will be employed directly by Visualfabriq Spain under a local contract.About the roleThis is a senior position for an experienced engineer who wants to shape technology direction and team maturity within a fast growing product company. As Lead Python Developer you will take the lead on architecture backend development and delivery standards within one of Visualfabriq s product units.You will work closely with senior leadership and guide other developers across teams. The company is preparing for international expansion including entry into the US market and broader use of AI across its platform. You will help create the systems and structures to support that growth.This role is suited for someone who enjoys both building and coaching.
