This is a chance to influence the redesign of a mission-critical Saa S platform used globally, ensuring it delivers an intuitive, efficient, and modern user experience for a diverse client base.
Day Rate: €400/day Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 6 months (with strong potential to extend) Start Date: ASAP The Project You'll be joining an ambitious global programme to reimagine and modernise the core Saa S platform, used across more than 40 countries.
The transformation aims to streamline workflows, enhance usability, and leverage new technologies to deliver world-class design standards.
What You'll Do Lead end-to-end UX design, from discovery through to delivery Champion user needs and ensure design decisions enhance efficiency and satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Spain, Hyderabad, the UK, and the US Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions Drive design consistency across markets while modernising a complex legacy system What We're Looking For Proven experience delivering UX in complex, enterprise-scale environments Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align xpzdshu cross-functional teams Confident working independently and navigating ambiguity Experience modernising legacy platforms within global organisations B2 B Saa S experience highly desirable This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a global payroll technology platform and make a lasting impact on a system used worldwide.
