Job Summary
This cheerful, quick, multi-skilled Colleague is accountable to the Operations Manager and fully leads the Front Office/Guest Services Team to meet and exceed the required Couples Sans Souci's standards.
The Front Office/Guest Services Manager liaises with all Departments to ensure the most impactful guest delivery and liaison with Central Reservations to support and assist with accurate processing.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensures that the welcoming of Guests and disembarkation, luggage, champagne, swift check-in and efficient, friendly transfer to their rooms are done to standard by team members.
- Liaise constantly with the airport to reconfirm guests are on their way.
- Monitor the team to practice impeccable checkout operations.
- Monitor and ensures that all updated guest reservations with Romance Reward Points/Loyalty programme in system and work efficiently.
- Prepares and reviews various reports in a timely manner.
- Consistently does the induction and training of new team members as set out in Policy and Procedures.
- Promptly, accurate and consistent update of department manual as soon as a change is made to the department standard operations.
The successful candidate should:
- Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar position.
- Tertiary certification in Hospitality Management or related certification
- Possess excellent Time Management, outstanding Human Relations and Problem-solving skills.
- Be knowledgeable of Guest travel and airline flight operations.
- Be innovative, Creative and Hands-On approach to management.
- Have the ability to build, train and manage a dynamic team.
- Be willing to work versátil hours and days of the week.
