CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist
This hybrid role combines deep hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination involving clients, internal developers, and the CEO. You will serve as both the technical marketing operator ensuring campaign performance and the primary contact for delivering value daily for our managed deliverability and optimized profit ESP services.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Operations & Analytics
o Manage the Mautic stack: installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
o Use SSH to audit and tune cron jobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups) with Dev-OP.
o Handle triggers or missing messenger consume workers.
o Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on engagement_daily table to validate KPIs and craft insights.
o Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, & MXToolBox, maintaining inbox placement.
* Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination
o Act as the primary success contact for assigned accounts: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, translate into tickets, track SLAs.
o Coordinate hand-offs between development team, CEO, PM, and clients to clarify expectations, blockers, and ETAs.
o Present weekly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and next steps.
o Gather feedback to improve processes and optimize campaigns.
* Project Prioritization & Growth
o Manage JIRA boards with the CEO to maximize ROI.
o Run experiments (subject-line tests, segment roll-outs) and measure results.
o Identify and scope new customer prospects fitting our email volume profile.
o Required experience: 2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, 1+ year as Mautic owner.
o Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI (cron, bash scripting), and ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and executives.
o Strong project management skills and a focus on iterative value delivery.
o Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for rapid development and problem-solving.
o Bonus skills: Familiarity with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
o Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles is preferred.

1. Success Milestones (30/60/90 days)
* 30 Days: Set up a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up, SES credentials, Mautic settings, and coordinate with client teams.
* 60 Days: Own customer success for a key account, ensuring weekly growth in engagement and revenue, and resolve issues proactively.
* 90 Days: Independently manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal intervention and identify new prospects.

* Provide an Athena query example counting bounced emails in 24h.
* Include a snippet of cron jobs you’ve optimized.
