* Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness, integrating best practices, and responding to evolving organizational needs
* Contribute to additional Leadership & Talent Development topics and initiatives as they evolve, in line with organizational priorities and team needs
* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs, and leaders to ensure relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of Leadership & Talent Development
