Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities Coordinate and support projects, enhancements and initiatives across Enterprise Integration platforms (Mainly SAP PO and BTP -IS), managing dependencies and conflicts.
Support platform governance, enhance current processes and ensure they are properly applied.
Lead/Coordinate platform securitization topics to ensure cybersecurity compliance in accordance with SE standards.
Lead/Coordinate Technical actions on the OnePI and BTP-IS platforms.
Synchronize the PI/PO/BTP IS - ERP Delivery when needed.
Lead/Coordinate application and infrastructure teams and activities.
Act as the point of contact of the Enterprise Integration OnePI & BTP Integration team, coordinating platform communications with the Platform Owner through designated channels.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of integration principles and consultancy skills with the ability to form collaborative, productive working relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
Extensive experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (SAP PO 7.5) and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Exhaustive knowledge of cybersecurity compliance processes.
Proven ability to learn and research new concepts quickly and provide ideas to improve procedures.
Effective verbal and written communication; good presentation skills.
Ability to work in a global, team-oriented environment, follow procedures and standards.
Willingness and ability to train others; facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.
Ability to self-manage, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, aligned with managers but autonomous.
Strong analytical thinking, organization and problem-solving skills; systems/process oriented.
Growth mindset and willingness to drive rapid solutions to business challenges.
Ability to work in centralized/decentralized operating models with varying implementation partners and owners.
Location Barcelona, hybrid model.
