Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Consolidation Specialist to assist all consolidation functions within our organization. In this role, you will work on consolidation, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Consolidation Manager, you will play a crucial part in our consolidation team performing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Consolidation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Consolidate monthly financial results, under IFRS standards, across approximately 50 legal entities to provide actionable insights.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting policies, assure its application in affiliated companies and joint ventures, and maintain internal control standards throughout the consolidation process.
* Elaborate the Molins Consolidated Annual Accounts, as well as the Consolidated Interim Accounts (half-yearly), based on the requirements of a stock-listed company according to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
* Monitor and analyze reporting packages in affiliated companies and joint ventures, under Group's accounting policies, in compliance with deadlines.
* Contribute to standardizing and implementing procedures, accounting policies, and controls across the Group's companies to ensure quality information in the consolidation process.
* Prepare supporting documentation for external and internal auditors.
* Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:
* At least 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar position in a multinational company, preferably in the industrial sector, or as an auditor in a Big4.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics. A Master’s degree in finance/audit will be valued.
* In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
* Knowledge of HFM Consolidation and SAP.
* Knowledge of Workiva and MS PowerBI is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Skills: high integrity and ethics, accountability, proactivity, collaboration, results-oriented, problem-solving, highly analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure, proactive, team-oriented.
