What You’ll Do As a CATe N1 technician, you’ll be at the frontline of our support operations: Monitor and manage business access networks (BA-Networks) Handle technical incidents and customer requests Dispatch work orders and coordinate with internal and external teams Act as a key contact point for customers, managing incidents, complaints, and analysis Provide 24/7 surveillance and first-instance resolution of alarms and events Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence What We’re Looking For Vocational Degree (FP2) or Technical Engineering background Spanish: Mandatory | English: Desirable (effective communication required) Basic to medium knowledge of communications tech (Transmission, Datacom, Core, Access) Understanding of IP services (LAN/WAN/VPN, SD-WAN, Security) Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Forti...)
