What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to grow Alibaba International’s presence and revenue in Spain.
* Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact deals with local and general companies — from startups to enterprise leaders.
* Manage a portfolio of key partners, ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to launch joint campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities and shape our partnership roadmap.
* Leverage AI tools for data insights, communication efficiency, and workflow automation — we believe in smart, tech-powered collaboration.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally within e-commerce, technology, or B2B industries.
* Proven success in launching and scaling strategic alliances that drive measurable business growth.
* Exceptional negotiator and communicator — skilled at building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
* Fluent in Italian and English — Spanish is highly desirable; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
* Agile, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
* Tech-savvy professional familiar with AI-powered tools (e.g., for market analysis, CRM, or automated workflows).
