We are seeking a dynamic and accountable Account Manager to join our high-performance team, passionate about delivering upper-medium tier ERP solutions through Sage X3. This role is adecuado for someone enthusiastic about working in a leading technology company and committed to customer success.
You will play a strategic role in driving sales—both directly and through channel partners—by identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. Your mission will be to grow our customer base and evolve existing accounts by offering the right combination of products and consultancy services

Responsabilidades principales

1. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and promote new business opportunities to existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth.
- Advise clients on the company’s products and services to support sales objectives.
- Execute the full commercial cycle: offer preparation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing, in line with company procedures and methodology.

2. Partner & Channel Management
- Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide commercial support to Business Partners throughout the sales process, acting as a central point for their needs and solutions.

3. Customer Engagement & Sales Activities
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations (with PreSales support), customer visits, and follow-up on proposals to ensure successful execution of commercial actions.
- Lead negotiations and close opportunities, including contractual discussions with support from legal and/or financial departments.

4. Strategic Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of strategies.

5. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay continuously informed about company solutions, products, procedures, market trends, and competitor activities.

6. Forecasting & Reporting
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Manage Pipeline and ensure Customer Coverage
