We are now seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help us further building the future of food. You can be based in Berga, Spain and report to the Industrial manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work to analyze production lines from a technical and maintenance perspective ensuring continuous improvement. Coordinate and implement the prevention plans for machinery.
What will you do:
1. Act and live according to Paulig values and actively promote and implement these throughout entire organization
2. Set and clearly articulate organization's vision to all personnel
3. Meet Paulig policy for quality, environment, working conditions and legal demands
4. Ensure the correct application of the Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention System by the personnel in charge.
5. Collaborate and participate in training topics for all department staff.
6. Collaborate with the Manager in creation and update of SOP.
7. Ensure organizational development and empowered staff by providing necessary training, SOPs, and support with increased responsibility among staff when earned .
8. Ensure compliance for working conditions, environment, legal requirements and agreements
9. Continuous improvement of productivity and environmental performance
10. Purchase and maintain production equipment and the spare parts.
11. Responsible of the equipment tree and documentation.
12. Lead the external company people working on the area. Responsible of job tracking and control. Including EHS documentation
13. Manage and implement technical projects, participate in the manufacturer trainings, prepare the internal documentation if is needed and train the blue collars.
14. Keep the preventive plans up to date.
15. Ensure compliance with the preventive plans. In case of detecting deviations, report directly to the person who has not carried out the action and in case of repeated deviations to the Maintenance Manager of the specific line and the Production Manager.
16. Responsible to deal with the corrective maintenance incidents. Make contingency plans and inform
17. Manage spare parts including inventory cycle count
18. Lead a blue collar maintenance team
What we expect from you:
19. Bachelor of Engineering, preferably electrical area.
20. Experience of the manufacturing process
21. Experience of LEAN manufacturing environment
22. Good Automation and electrical knowledge
23. Computer experience in MS Office, Sharepoint, CRM, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD and ERPor similar design tools and generic insight in other relevant technical software and applications
