WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Manage and administer Linux systems in enterprise environments, especially
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct
root cause analysis (RCA)
Resolve complex incidents, execute changes, and perform maintenance activities following
ITIL v4 processes
Manage automation and configuration tasks using tools such as
Ansible, Python and Bash
Administer and operate
high-availability clusters
(e.G. Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas Cluster)
Work with infrastructure services including networking, storage, virtualization, and system security
Coordinate tasks, incidents, and changes through ITSM tools such as
ServiceNow
Document technical work accurately and communicate effectively with stakeholders
