Job DescriptionAs Senior People Partner for the Tech and Product teams at Docplanner, you will partner with our leadership on all people‑related topics, serving as the point of contact for managers and employees, and work on onboarding, engagement, and development to ensure that our Docplanner culture, values, and objectives reflect our People Experience best practices, all done by a data‑driven approach to HR.

How would you be impacting our mission?
Oversee critical business areas including Product and Engineering teams, delivering core BAU activities and value creation by meeting KPIs as per targets.
Partner, advise & coach leaders at all levels on day‑to‑day management issues, organizational design, individual performance reviews, promotions, learning needs and compensation strategies to increase talent density in your areas of responsibility.
Contribute to developing our Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development, fostering the right moves that benefit Docplanner as a whole.
Participate in core PX global projects and initiatives from specialist areas, being the voice of Tech on projects and ensuring core solution design considers Tech team needs.
Manage end‑to‑end the people process within your areas of responsibility.
Support employees with daily inquiries from onboarding to offboarding, provide guidance on learning and development opportunities, and support their career progression within the company.
Qualifications
Worked and has depth of experience as HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner), with experience partnering with Engineering teams advantageous.
Significant experience with HR processes or related (e.G., hiring, training, performance management, compensation, etc.) including Organizational Development, Change Management and Talent Management.
Numbers and data oriented.
Connect business needs & goals to relevant numbers and understand the importance of measuring things.
Experience with labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany or Italy is a plus.
Fluent English required;

Spanish or Polishskills a plus.
This role can be based in Barcelona, Spain or Warsaw, Poland (preferable) and we are remote friendly.
