🎯 What You'll Do
As part of our inside sales team, you'll:
* Manage structured follow-up calls with interested prospects
* Represent a premium automotive brand with integrity and attention to detail
* Guide customers through their purchase decisions, addressing concerns and offering insights
* Document key findings and interactions to support the wider sales team
* Build lasting relationships by offering consistent and high-quality communication
* Uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence in every customer interaction
* Speak German fluently and have advanced English skills
* Hold a high school diploma (or higher) – background in business, communication or automotive is a plus
* Mandatory experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or luxury sectors
* Communicate professionally and confidently, especially with high-end customers
* Are passionate about the automotive industry and premium products
* Are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with structured workflows and reporting
* Either hold an EU passport or a valid Spanish work permit
💼 The Offer
* Permanent contract, 39 hours/week
* Rotating shifts Monday–Saturday between 09:00–20:00
* Performance bonus: up to €3,000 gross/year
