Combining a business orientation and a passion for the client, the Fashion Advisor is an artist of relation who contributes to the Brand image and helps to build retail leadership in the market.
Key Responsibilities
CHANEL Ambassador : The Fashion Advisor embodies the values of the Brand.
CHANEL Insider :
* Has a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity, and know-how. Shares it with clients and the team. Implements all training received, is curious to learn more to nourish a beauty culture and trend knowledge, and is proactive in self-learning. Respects the uniform and grooming guidelines at all times. Ensures that work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times. Knows and respects VM guidelines.
Experience Creator : The Fashion Advisor surpasses client expectations. Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and client, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships. Embraces digital shopping trends and actively participates in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience. Co-creates stories with clients, blending brand culture with personal stories to create unique moments. Helps clients develop their style and proposes alterations if needed. Handles client complaints and requests effectively and professionally.
Business Driver : The Fashion Advisor is performance-minded, aims to achieve sales targets, and contributes to business growth by leveraging products, services, and data capture. Maintains discretion about all business areas and reports to the Boutique Manager. Monitors after-sales requests.
Team Player : Acts interdependently, demonstrates team spirit, communicates regularly with team and management, and respects cultural differences. Shares best practices, contributes to collective knowledge, and ensures proper operation of the sales space. Participates in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Experience and Qualifications
* Eagerness and willingness to care for clients; retail experience is a plus. Selling skills and performance-driven mindset for RTW styling and total looks. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
