Manage Hubbard orders planned and produced in SpainAct as the main link between Planning, ADV (Sales Administration), Sanitary & Logistics teamsCoordinate forecasts, changes, and order executionOversee export & sanitary documentation (SD)Handle customs/export proceduresCoordinate road, air, and sea shipmentsEnsure packaging, labelling & traceability complianceProvide operational instructions to carriersMonitor shipments and resolve operational incidentsEnsure communication between France Planning & Aviagen Spain Planning REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration (ADE) or similarIT skills: Planning tools, ERP / commercial management systems, MS OfficeSpecific Knowledge: International logistics management, export processes, sanitary documentation (SD), customs procedures, logistical traceability, ADV / Customer Service coordinationLanguages: Professional level of French, English and Spanish. The keeping of birds and reptiles as domestic pets is strictly prohibitedSPECIFIC EXPERTISE
