INTEGRATION ARCHITECT : responsible for the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions to meet the business requirements of HORSE overall IS-IT Middleware Architecture. This includes the development and maintenance of organizational integration strategy and management, including standards of integration quality, the API lifecycle and security, as well as ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The integration needs are primarily focused on connecting on-premises and cloud-based software applications, such as ERP (SAP), Dassault and Industry Systems and other systems. This individual is also responsible for developing and maintaining an application integration architecture blueprint for the organization. Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills, a strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ensures Integration Strategy, supporting the digital transformation of the company. Play a critical role in driving HORSEs overall business success through effective use of technology and data. He / she is a strategic partner and reports to the HORSE Global Architect Data Director.

IT Strategy and Operations
Provide support to the planning, design, and delivery of solutions services with consistency and excellence
Integration governance
Support the definition of the integration strategy
Allow the different business departments of the company to securely access this data
Audit integration security processes from a technical and organizational point of view
Ensure control of the APIs life cycle
Ensure a permanent watch on technological developments and the state of the art in this field
Technology Scouting
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Integration Architecture
Analyzes the impact of implementing new technologies into the IS / IT landscape
Proactively researches IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies
Participates in the life cycle planning of existing IT assets
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as a Integration Architect or similar role, with strong technical background in various IT technologies, including data acquisition, storage, processing, and consumption patterns in operational and analytical domains
Strong experience on majors ERPs (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft) with a wide experience rolling out them
Strong experience working in complex multi-country, multi-cultural, matrix environments
Solid understanding of Integration Governance concepts.
Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills to manage large-scale IT projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the IT architecture integration strategy and plans to stakeholders and IT team members
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and manage IT architecture risks and issues
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data IT systems
Experience with emerging technologies and trends.
