This position acts within the Spanish IP&ES Department.· From the Initial business plan to Project Execution, ensure professional commercial, technical & operational management to comply with customer’s requests and create added value.· You will best use vendor’s selection and qualification, Vendor’s Quotation analysis, compiling of prices, issuance & submittance of offers to clients and network with compliance to QHSE rules and regulations.· Ensure overall commercial & technical solutions offers are matching RFQ’s requirements.· Drive Commercial offer to clients from conception and execution.· Pricing accountability in Project execution.· Operational management of projects
Heavy Lift & Project Cargo activity in Spain IP&ES desk.
Communication channels with Customers, selected vendors, and Project team and at all-time up to date with what has been defined.· Performance goals achieved or appropriate corrective action taken.· Compliance to Pre-defined costing and Project timeline.· Assist to any internal CEVA branch for opportunities & projects handled by local teams.· Business Development or Project Team members with market related rates and support to enquiries.· Help to develop knowledge and information database in the Country/Region to support local teams.· Worldwide Project Logistics market knowledge and commercial understanding.· Good understanding of project cargo & heavy lift market.· University bachelor’s degree.· 2-3 years experience of managing heavy lift & project cargo projects around the world.· Involved in projects in sectors such as EPC, Power & Industrial, Renewables, Mining, O&G, Energy, Infrastructure, etc.· Deep understanding of Freight Forwarding and Project Management.· Fluency in English.· Excellent MS Office skills.
