faster, smarter, and more sustainably.MissionTo define and own the global product strategy and value propositions for the lighting category, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market demands. Drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the global product strategy for the lighting category.Build and develop a thorough understanding of the market through interaction with regional teams, market research, and field visits.Prioritize product features, improvements, and innovations based on customer feedback, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.Develop and maintain a 3-year category roadmap and research pipeline, integrating input from key stakeholders.Lead the development of New Product Development (NPD).Manage SKU rationalization and optimization.Support global launch plans.Collaborate with regional marketing teams, global engineering teams, sales teams, and supply chain.Ensure product decisions are driven by regional customer needs and market relevance, fostering a customer-first and global mindset.Required ProfileEducation:
Preferably MBA or a master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technology field.At least 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or application engineering, with at least half in the lighting, LED, or related industry.Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.Strategic marketing expertise (B2B).English full proficiency is mandatory.
