Pb Therapy Development Manager/Regional Sales Manager /b /p pb Location: /b Spain Portugal (Iberia – National remit) /p p We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Therapy Development Manager to lead the launch, development, and scaling of an innovative Class III implantable therapy across Spain and Portugal. This is a highly visible role with national responsibility, combining sales execution, therapy development, clinical education, and market access activity to establish the therapy as a standard of care. /p p This position is ideally suited to a commercially strong MedTech professional with experience in implantable or high-tech medical devices who is comfortable operating autonomously in a market-building role. /p pb Position Overview /b /pp In this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the therapy across Spain and Portugal. Acting as the local market lead, you will drive sales performance while building therapy awareness, supporting physician training, and working closely with hospitals and stakeholders to enable access and adoption. /p p You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Iberian market, collaborating closely with European and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and long-term growth. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /ppb Sales Commercial Leadership /b /p ulli Develop and execute the Iberian commercial strategy aligned with regional objectives. /lili Drive sales performance through territory planning, account targeting, funnel development, forecasting, and closing activity. /lili Identify, prioritize, and develop key hospital accounts, sleep centres, and physician stakeholders across Spain and Portugal. /lili Build long-term customer relationships to ensure sustainable therapy adoption and growth. /li /ul pb Therapy Awareness Market Development /b /pulli Lead therapy awareness initiatives to expand understanding and adoption among physicians, hospital administrators, and payers. /lili Develop and implement market development plans tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare systems. /lili Act as a therapy expert, clearly communicating clinical value and differentiation. /li /ul pb Clinical Education Training /b /pulli Deliver clinical education, therapy demonstrations, and case support to physicians and clinical teams. /lili Support physician training programs, workshops, and peer-to-peer education initiatives. /lili Work closely with Clinical Specialists to ensure high-quality therapy delivery and patient outcomes. /li /ul pb Market Access Reimbursement /b /pulli Support reimbursement and market access initiatives across Spain and Portugal in collaboration with internal teams. /lili Engage with hospital management and regional authorities to support funding, procurement, and adoption processes. /lili Contribute to health economic and value-based discussions with relevant stakeholders. /li /ul pb Stakeholder Business Management /b /pulli Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision-makers, and professional societies. /lili Represent the organisation at national and regional congresses, meetings, and events. /lili Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and performance metrics. /lili Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity. /lili Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, and company standards. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. /lili Proven commercial experience within MedTech, ideally in implantable devices, neurostimulation, ENT, cardiology, or adjacent therapy areas. /lili Experience in market development, therapy launch, or high-growth environments. /lili Strong understanding of the Spanish and/or Portuguese healthcare systems and hospital decision-making processes. /lili Ability to balance sales execution with clinical education and therapy development. /lili Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. /lili Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency. /lili Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating independently. /li /ul pb What We Offer /b /pulli Competitive salary with an attractive bonus structure. /lili Car allowance and full travel support. /lili Comprehensive health and benefits package. /lili Significant professional development and career growth opportunities. /lili The opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing an innovative therapy across Iberia. /li /ul
