International Sales Director – Orthopedic Technology
We are looking for a driven International Sales Director to join a fast-growing orthopedic technology company full-time. The business has developed a handheld navigation device for hip and knee replacements, and this is your opportunity to play a key role in bringing this innovative solution to market across Europe and the IMEA region.

* High-travel role: expect to be on the road up to 75% of the time across Europe and select Middle Eastern markets.
What we’re looking for:
* Orthopedic sales experience, specifically in hip and knee joint replacement. Experience in shoulder, trauma, or sports medicine will not be considered. Robotics or navigation technology experience is a plus.
* Proven track record in international sales, including managing distributors and key accounts across multiple companies.
* Strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and distributors in orthopedic markets.
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently, adapt quickly, and operate independently in diverse markets.
* Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment.
