What you will do:

* Steer Commercial and FP&A activities for the Wholesale channel, ensuring profitable results for the Zone (From turnover to gross margin)
* Drive the IBP Process by category for the Wholesale channel, ensuring alignment between Sales and GTM Teams.
* Develop and monitor KPI’s for product categories and customers in Wholesale, supporting both short and long-term planning and driving accountability across the business.
* Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions to ensure delivery of financial targets.
* Enhance performance transparency through robust analysis and cross-source insights.
* Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing, enabling Marketplace growth through objective and holistic financial support.
* Guide and influence business partners to make decisions that drive sustainable brand strength and profitability.
* Provide Senior Management with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of both Financial and non-financial KPIs including ad hoc reporting.
* Drive continuous process and operational improvements, promoting best practices while simplifying financial management processes and analytical tools.
* Focus on enabling adidas to become more consumer-obsessed through efficient and scalable processes, aligning financial plans & decisions with overall marketplace strategy
* Collaborate closely with Europe and South to drive growth in the Iberia Marketplace.
* Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects as required.
* Foster a high-performance and business-oriented culture within the FP&A Team.
Skills you will need:
*
* Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling skills, comfort with Finance and Accounting principles and strong financial statement analysis. (with focus on customer profitability)
* High degree of customer and consumer orientation, as well as business acumen.
* Independent handling of a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organising work efficiently.
* Acting in a goal and solution-oriented manner, be able to prioritise and complete tasks in order of importance.
* Ability to navigate in complex and fast changing international environment to influence and enable key business partners.
* Ability to motivate the colleagues and support shift toward growth mindset.
* Advanced degree or qualification in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting (e.g. MBA or CPA)
* Familiarity with SAP AFS or S4, Power BI, Fiori App and other relevant adidas and industry Finance systems/analytical software a major plus.
* 7+ years of broad-based operational and strategic finance experience with progressive responsibility in industry leading companies (focus on Business and/or commercial finance)
* Language skills: English & Spanish spoken and written.
