Responsibilities:
⚫ Act as the first-line IT support for EU offices, providing day-to-day desktop
support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, office networks, user
accounts, permissions, and video conferencing systems.
⚫ Deliver basic IT training and user guidance to employees, supporting effective
use of office systems and tools.
⚫ Manage IT assets across the EU region, including procurement, deployment,
inventory tracking, and lifecycle management of hardware (laptops, mobile
devices, network equipment) and software licenses.
⚫ Monitor the operational status of core office systems and networks, and perform
routine maintenance tasks such as patch updates, backup checks, and basic
system health verification.
⚫ Support the execution of standard IT service management processes and ensure
timely response to user requests and incidents.
⚫ Maintain clear and structured IT documentation, including technical records, user
manuals, and multilingual operation guides.
⚫ Assist in IT projects by supporting data preparation, user testing coordination,
documentation drafting, and implementation follow-up.
⚫ Handle IT support requests across different time zones and cultural
environments within the EU region.
⚫ Support compliance by ensuring deployed IT hardware and software meet EU
procurement, environmental, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related fields.
⚫ 2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT operations roles.
⚫ Solid knowledge of desktop operating systems, office applications, basic
networking, and IT hardware.
⚫ Experience with IT asset management, software licensing, and inventory control.
⚫ Familiarity with basic system monitoring, patch management, and routine IT
maintenance tasks.
⚫ Strong service mindset with good problem-solving and execution abilities.
⚫ Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and multi-time-zone environment.
⚫ Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
⚫ Fluent in English and Spanish.
