We are looking for a General Director Assistant with at least 3 years coordinating and Project managing to be hired by one of our clients a company focus on cybersecurity and IT / OT solutions.
Computer Science and Engineering (Bachelor s Degree) Telecommunications Engineering (Bachelor s Degree) or SysAdmin and Networking (Junior College / CFGS) or another similar relevant degree
Technical skills
Good Excel and Powerpoint skills
Experience creating internal communications and executive-level presentations
Security certifications such as CISSP CCNA Security + MCITP / MCSE and ITIL Foundations Certifications GISCP
Cybersecurity Master s Degree (Plus)
Technical Qualifications and Experience
Technical knowledge of networking
Successful experience in implementing cybersecurity products
Experience with SIEM and / or IDS / IPS technologies
Experience with AV EDR Orchestration security platforms or similar
Experience with monitoring analysing and understanding log sources for threat hunting
Knowledge of common system exploits network attacks phishing techniques and malware.
willingness to travel
Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners
Uses initiative with mínimal supervision
Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects
Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

* Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for the GDs
Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required
Reporting back to the director with detailed and accurate notes
Undertaking projects on a regular basis including event planning
Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
Providing line management and support to administration and operations teams including task delegation training new employees
May monitor and coordinate work of other employees
