We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, and cooperate with the product team to promote product optimization.
* Utilize Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers prevent potential risks in their critical systems.
* Provide solutions to maintain system stability and ensure customer systems are stable.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Knowledge of optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
* Experience in designing and implementing cloud technology architectures.
* Understanding of Linux/Windows OS and network protocols, with skills in packet analysis and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience with network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
* Strong support skills in system and network domains.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English, capable of using both as working languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
