The management of each project can include multiple phases and specializations:
Strategic Consulting:
project master planning, conceptual engineering.Project Feasibility:
process description, plant layout, overall schedule, procurement strategy, financial planning.Project Preparation Phase:
investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, procurement.Project Realization Phase:
project management;
detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational management.The Project Manager Engineer's role is to deliver high-quality services within the defined budget and schedule.We are looking for an engineer with experience as a Project Manager, leading and managing industrial projects from planning to final delivery.1. Client Management & CommunicationAct as the primary contact with the client, ensuring clear communication throughout all project phases.Present progress reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.2. Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed schedules, define milestones, and monitor progress.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers for effective project execution.Lead or participate in project teams, adapting as needed.3. Budget & Cost ManagementManage project budgets between €2M and €30M.Optimize costs while maintaining quality and objectives.4. Engineering Scope & Technical OversightManage projects involving new production lines, major changes, and feasibility studies.Coordinate with architecture, engineering, logistics, sustainability, digitalization, and consulting teams.Knowledge of civil works, utilities, and process utilities is preferred.5. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.Experience with permitting and procurement is an asset.RequirementsExperience:
5-10 years in industrial projects, preferably in Food, Beverages, Engineering, or Life Sciences sectors.Languages:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required;
French or German is a plus.Knowledge:
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD;
Driver's license B.Key Skills:
Analytical skills, organization, team management, stakeholder communication.Location:
