Your main tasks will be:
3. Manage and maintain vendor master data in the company's systems
4. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor records
5. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor data
6. Support the Accounting & Finance team with vendor-related inquiries and reports
7. Implement and adhere to data governance standards and policies
8. Monitor and improve data quality and integrity
9. Assist in system updates and process improvements for vendor master data management
10. Provide training and support to other team members on vendor data processes
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful Vendor Master Data Specialist should have:
11. Previous experience in vendor master data management is a plus, but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates with experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Administrative roles
12. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
13. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
14. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
15. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
16. Fluency in English and French
